Certain housekeepers will provide a cook service at the villa, this is very much a part of the St Lucian experience.
The cuisine is Creole style based on locally sourced ingredients. We would recommend that you take this opportunity to experience the speciality dishes of the cook at least a few times during your stay. So its a sort of cooking class in the comfort of your own villa !
The cook will typically provide you with a menu of their own specialities and be happy to go with you to the grocery store to help you pick out ingredients that may be new to you. Or they can do the grocery shopping for you so you can kick back and relax !
