The Amalfi Lemon Tour takes place in the breathtaking setting of the Amalfi Historical Garden - a remarkable example of the region’s traditional terrace farming, located on the path to Pontone. These are no ordinary gardens - this is vertical farming at its most challenging and beautiful. Each terrace is supported by wooden poles that bear the weight of sprawling lemon branches, which cascade down from one level to the next, all the way into the valley. As sunlight filters through the leaves, especially at sunset, the atmosphere becomes truly magical - offering a deep sense of connection to both nature and the centuries of hard work that shaped this unique landscape.

There’s an incredible variety of lemon-based products to enjoy - jams, honey infused with ginger and lemon, all kinds of cakes, and most famously, the renowned Amalfi lemon liqueur, Limoncello. At the Historical Garden, you’ll find several lemon varieties, with the most common being the Costa and the prized Sfusato. A few Ponziro trees are growing, known for their large lemons often used as striking containers for refreshing lemon granitas.
