When booking the chauffeur service, you may choose the airport as your pickup and/or drop-off location. Airport transfers are included in the chauffeur service price.
Available options:
Groups of 1–6 guests: Mercedes-Maybach Landjet (comfortably accommodates 5 adults in the rear cabin, with an additional adult seated in the front alongside the chauffeur)
Groups of 7–12 guests: Mercedes-Maybach Sprinter, offering exceptional comfort and value for larger parties
Important: Please note in Additional Request field upon booking if you have oversized luggage or equipment details.
Note: Rates do not include gratuity, which is at the client’s discretion.
Services scheduled outside these hours are subject to a fixed “Red Eye” additional fee.

Arrival Instructions / What to Bring: For all airport arrivals, a chauffeur will greet guests with the guests name for ease of recognition.

• Complimentary Wait Time: Up to 90 minutes
• Real-Time Flight Monitoring included
• Extended Wait Time: Billed in 60-minute increments after complimentary period, at the vehicle's hourly rate*
Hotel, Villa & Point-to-Point Pickups:
• Complimentary Wait Time: 15 minutes
• Additional time billed hourly after that*
*All additional payments will be charged on site by the partner.
No-Show: Full fare charged if client fails to arrive within the designated grace period without notification.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations during the trip. The company is not liable for
delays caused by passenger readiness, traffic conditions, or unforeseeable circumstances.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers or their belongings during the service will result in a charge for repairs or cleaning.
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in compliance with local laws. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Passengers must behave respectfully towards the chauffeur and maintain the vehicle's condition. The company reserves the right to
terminate service without refund if conduct is deemed unacceptable.
- The partner will not be held liable for items left behind in the vehicle. Efforts will be made to return lost items when possible.
- All client information is handled with the utmost discretion. Drivers are trained to respect privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
