Fast track - Arrival Experience:
From the moment guests step off the aircraft to the moment they are comfortably seated in their awaiting vehicle at the Suite door, our Concierge is dedicated to fulfilling every need. Guests enjoy exceptional personal care and a serene environment while being privately processed by our in-house Immigration & Customs team. The following services are available to enhance the arrival experience:
- Concierge reception at the aircraft upon deplaning
- Luxury golf cart transport from the aircraft to the lounge
- Checked luggage transfer to the airport suite
- Private immigration and customs processing

Fast track - Departure Experience:
After guests have booked access to our suite and completed check-in at their airline counter, they are invited to proceed to our lounge. The following departure services are available for a comfortable and seamless experience:
- Private processing through our dedicated security checkpoint
- Personal escort and introduction to the lounge facilities by our Concierge
- Complimentary selection of hot and cold beverages, premium drinks, and snacks
- Luxury golf cart transport for the short distance from the suite to the aircraft
Fast Track - Round Trip:
Guests can select the roundtrip option for an expedited arrival and departure for a completely hassle-free experience.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
Arrival: At the aircraft as guests deplane - guests are asked to identify themselves to our Concierge, who will be standing at the foot of the aircraft stairs displaying a "Trident Suite" sign.
Departure: After guests have completed their check-in at the relevant airline counter, we ask that they proceed to our "Trident Suite" lounge.
Additional Notes:
Bookings must be confirmed at least 48 Hours prior guests' scheduled arrival/departure.
For Departure: Check-in for international flights starts 2 hours before the scheduled departure. We suggest at least 1 hour prior to departure.

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
