Spread across three floors, Carat sleeps up to 10 guests in five individually styled bedrooms. These include a cozy children’s hideaway nestled under the eaves, and a separate guest apartment with its own entrance via the garage—complete with a bedroom, lounge, and kitchen—ideal for teenagers or accompanying staff. Each bedroom is finished in warm, neutral tones, with wood accents and marble en-suite bath or shower rooms—two of the main bedrooms open onto a private terrace.
The top floor is dedicated to open-plan living, where a vaulted ceiling, striking central fireplace, and expansive L-shaped sofa create a relaxed yet refined setting. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, showcasing panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. A banquette dining nook invites leisurely meals, while the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern, high-spec appliances and sleek finishes.
On the lower level, guests can unwind in Carat’s private wellness area, featuring a striking indoor pool, sauna, and spa bar. A velvet-walled cinema room provides the perfect spot for cozy movie nights. Additional amenities include a ski room with heated boot warmers, a wine cave, a laundry room, and underground garage access.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
