Spread over five levels and served by an elevator, this chalet showcases elegant modern architecture, blending natural stone and wood cladding with expansive interiors. Inside, the decor is refined and contemporary, featuring soft tones and calming materials that create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere.
The chalet includes five spacious en-suite bedrooms, one of which is designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility (PMR), allowing up to 10 people to stay in comfort. The top floor is dedicated to a beautifully designed open-plan living space, featuring a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, all centered around a striking fireplace. Large bay windows lead to a balcony and terrace offering breathtaking views over the valley.
After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in your private wellness area complete with an indoor swimming pool and sauna, or enjoy a film in the dedicated cinema room. For added comfort and service, daily housekeeping is provided, and breakfast is served at the table or outside on the terrace each morning.

With a scenic lake and the iconic Olympic ski jump from the 1992 Albertville Winter Games, Le Praz offers year-round activities for the whole family to enjoy.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival date, 30% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation between 59 and 31 days prior to arrival date, 80% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
