Located only a short distance from the Pralong slope at Courchevel 1850 is the brand-new Chalet Everest. This stunning property offers amazing, southern views of the region, and you can enjoy them from the comfort of the beautifully appointed great room, several bedrooms or the large, private terrace and balconies. Yet, this property itself is a visual treat with its use of natural materials like wood and stone, throughout.
Enter the great room and get swept away by the enormous, central fireplace that is open on all sides and which features a chimney that is equal parts function and art. Surrounding it is the rustic dining suite and the comfortable lounge area with its oversized sofas designed for hours of leisure. With stone arches leading to other living spaces, and a charming, classic balcony overlooking the great room, you may find it difficult to tear yourself away. Yet, the slopes are just outside and waiting.
Though this four-bedroom gem is the ultimate destination for skiing enthusiasts, it is also ideal at any time of year and even for the non-skiers in the group. After all, it has the lovely open decks and terraces from which to enjoy the views, but it also has a full-blown leisure center on the premises, too. With a full-sized indoor swimming pool on the lower level, a large spa treatment room, and a luxurious steam room, it is amazingly easy to find plenty to do at any time of the year.
The bedrooms are also luxurious retreats and include three first floor suites and one second floor suite. They are each ensuite, but the master bedroom has its own steam room. With amazing views, and beautiful design and décor, they are a wonderful addition to the experience.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
