Meeting point locations:
- Standard Departure – Playa Flamingo: Pick-up takes place in Potrero Bay, right next to La Marina Flamingo

Papagayo: Pick-up location varies depending on your resort or villa. Exact coordinates will be provided once accommodation details are confirmed.
Tamarindo: Meeting point is on the beach next to El Chiringuito Restaruant
Playa del Coco: Pick-up can be arranged in Playa del Coco or Playa Panama
La Marina Flamingo: Within Marina Flamingo
Additional Notes: Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of unsafe weather (at the captain’s discretion), the partner will reschedule or issue a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
