At 8:30 am meet your local guide and step into a luxury, air-conditioned minivan. Begin your day with breathtaking panoramic views over Nice, the Bay of Angels, Villefranche, and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, before following the iconic coastal road. As the journey unfolds, your expert guide will share fascinating insights about the region.
The morning begins with a visit to the historic hilltop village of Eze. Perched 429 metres above the sea, this medieval gem offers breathtaking views from its ancient walls. Wander through its charming cobbled alleyways, discover elegant boutiques and hidden luxury hotels, and soak in the unique atmosphere. Conclude your stop with a guided tour of the renowned Fragonard perfume factory.
Next, continue to the Principality of Monaco. Your guide will take you to Le Rocher, where you’ll begin with a visit to the Neo-Romanesque Cathedral, final resting place of Grace Kelly. Explore the charming old town and witness the ceremonial changing of the guards at the Prince’s Palace.
No visit to Monaco is complete without experiencing the legendary Grand Prix Formula 1 circuit. Your guide will take you along its key sections and highlight Monte Carlo’s most iconic landmarks, including the world-famous Casino and the elegant Hotel de Paris.
After a morning filled with the highlights of the French Riviera, you’ll begin the return journey to Nice, arriving at approximately 1:30 pm.
Note: There is a risk of heavy traffic during the high season. Our local driver-guide will do his utmost to reduce the time spent in the minibus…whilst, of course, making it as agreeable as possible!
