Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking.
Based on the period of time between the date of cancellation and the departure date:
A) Dossier Fees of Euro 350 for bookings cancelled more than 90 days before charter
B) 50% of the charter fee for cancellation between 89 - 40 days before the charter start
C)100% of the charter fee for bookings cancelled 39 or less before the charter start
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
