Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- At arrival: After clearing customs, please proceed to the Arrivals Exit where your driver will be waiting holding your name sign.
- At departure: Your driver will meet you at the entrance of your hotel/villa lobby.
- If you are using the Club Kingston VIP Express Service, a Club Kingston Representative will meet you on arrival with a name sign. Please inform them which transfer company you are using. They will then inform us and your driver will be waiting at the arrivals exit when you are ready to go.
Additional Notes:
Arrivals that take place or are completed between midnight and 6:00 am, will incur a supplemental cost of 50% of the contracted fast track rate.
Luggage Allowance: 1 Suitcase + 1 hand luggage per person. If baggage allowance is exceeded, please make sure to book vehicle for larger group.
When Round Trip transfer is booked, the return transfer will be automatically scheduled for noon (time of check out). If you would like a late check out, please contact concierge@isleblue.co to see if it is possible.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
