Jamaican Chocolate Making

Jamaica

Step behind the scenes of a real working chocolate factory and discover the magic of turning cocoa beans into irresistible chocolate. This hands-on experience goes far beyond simply playing with melted chocolate - it’s an interactive journey through the craft, science, and history of chocolate making.

Guided by an expert chocolatier, learn how to sort, roast, and crush cocoa beans to create a smooth, rich paste. Add your favorite ingredients to craft your own personalized chocolate bar while uncovering fascinating insights - and maybe a few sweet secrets - from your “Willy Wonka” guide.

Finish the experience by molding and decorating your creations to take home, along with the skills (and inspiration) to try it again yourself. Before you go, visit the boutique for locally made chocolate and coffee gifts - the perfect way to savor Jamaica’s sweetest treasure.
