Additional Notes:Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance due to port restrictions. Full names and surnames of all guests are required for entry, and each guest must present a physical government-issued ID upon arrival.
For Port Premises and Entrance: Once the partner have the names of guests/visitors, they send them to the Port security supervisor.
The names will be placed under partners company name and sent to The Port Authority of Jamaica who wants to have some control of who is entering the port premises.
Once the guests arrive at the gate, on the day of the experience, the port security checks the names on the list and matches them with the ID.
The service is available to the public and can be booked by anyone.

Booking PolicyFull payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
