- The guests can be picked up from their villa/hotel. For some locations, there are special nearby meeting points. The precise pick-up time will be confirmed at the booking time.
- BRING: Snacks (if your pick up is early, it is a good idea to bring some bars and sacks especially when traveling with kids), Biodegradable sunscreen, Change of clothes, Extra money for souvenirs and tips, Hat or Cap, Sunglasses, Sandals, Swimsuit, Towel, Wear lightweight, light-colored, comfortable clothing and shoes.

Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
