07:30 - 08:30 AM - Pick up from the Hotel Lobby in air-conditioned van.
09:00 AM - Arrive at Archaeological Ruins of Tulum.
11:20 AM - Arrival to Akumal Bay for snorkel activity.
01:10 PM - Arrival to the cenote Park.
01:20 PM - Guided tour and activity in the cenote.
02:20 PM - Enjoy Mexican Taco Lunch
04:00 PM - Transportation back to the Hotels.

- Pick-up time for the tour is from 07:30 am to 08:30 am (From Cancun to Tulum)
- The guests can be picked up from their villa/hotel. For some locations, there are special nearby meeting points. The precise pick-up time will be confirmed at the booking time.
- BRING: Non-disposable bottle or thermo (in the Tulum Archeological Zone plastic bottles are no longer allowed, we provide water for refills), Snacks (if your pick up is early, it is a good idea to bring some bars and sacks especially when traveling with kids), Biodegradable sunscreen, Change of clothes, Extra money for souvenirs and tips, Hat or Cap, Sunglasses, Swimsuit, Towel, Wear lightweight, light-colored, comfortable clothing
Additional Notes: Note: We recommend securing your (underwater) camera or phone to your body (for example, with a wristband) while participating in water activities. Our professional photographers may also take photos that you can purchase afterward.

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
