Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
Your host will be meeting you at the lobby of your hotel or in front of your vacation rental. You can choose any time you desire. However, to have the best possible experiences, we recommend the earlier the better. Depending on your hotels/vacation rentals location and your first destination the driver will pick you up between 06:00 am and 10:00 am.
Bring: Towel, Sandals or flip-flops for the cenotes and snorkeling activities, Comfortable walking shoes for archaeological sites, Sunglasses/hat are optional, Biodegradable sunscreen and/or repellent, Some money for, extra beverages during lunch, souvenirs, and gratuities

In case of bad weather:
If the forecast says rain, rain, rain for your visit DO NOT PANIC. Unless there is a stationary front hanging over the Caribbean, the only limitation that might occur is a closed beach or port, for safety reasons. In that case, we will contact you the afternoon before your expedition to try to reschedule or cancel your expedition. If your tour is cancelled by the tour operator for any reason, including weather condition, you will receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your tour with no penalty.

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
