Meet & Greet! Shuttle service & Embarkation
You’ll be picked up by complimentary shuttle transport to the embarkation point. A cruise representative will welcome you and provide an overview of the itinerary, followed by important safety information on board. At 3:00 pm, we lift the anchors and set sail along Mykonos’ southern coast, home to a series of stunning beaches sheltered from the strong northern “Meltemi” winds - after which Mykonos earned its name, the “Island of Winds.”
Yacht Overlooking Mykonos South Beaches
Enjoy a beach safari with stunning views as we pass the famous shores of Ornos, Psarou, Platis Gialos, Paranga, and Paradise. We sail for about an hour to reach the uninhabited islet of Rhenia, also called “Big Delos.” Accessible only by yacht, Rhenia is a secluded paradise, far from the crowds of Mykonos.
Swimming & Early-Dinner Buffet in Rhenia island
Dive into the refreshing turquoise waters for a relaxing swim directly from the yacht’s ladder (no pier or tender ashore available). Snorkeling gear is provided free for your enjoyment. A delicious onboard early-dinner awaits - featuring traditional Greek flavors in a Mediterranean-style buffet, served with complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks.
Mykonos in Sunset hues!
After about 2 hours on the untouched islet of Rhenia, we set sail back to Mykonos at 7:00 pm, taking in a stunning sunset of yellow, orange, and red over the deep blue Aegean Sea. Arrival is scheduled for 8:00 pm, with complimentary shuttle transport waiting. We say farewell the Greek way—with a toast of a traditional shot, sending you home full of joy after sharing with you a piece of Greece, where sailing is truly the best way to experience it.

Note about Passports:
• All passengers must provide their valid passport details (full name, passport number, nationality and date of birth) upon reservation as requested by Mykonos Port Authorities. If not received the booking will not be considered confirmed and passengers will not be allowed to embark.
• All passengers are required to present a valid passport or ID card (original, copy or image) upon embarkation.
Special Notes:
Good to know:
Mykonos, known as the “Island of Winds,” is shaped by the summer Meltemi wind—formed when cool air from the Balkans meets hot African air. Wind is a natural part of life here and adds charm to your holiday experience.
Swimming stops are always chosen based on the most sheltered, less windy beaches. Sailing depends on wind conditions—when possible, sails are used as the main power. If winds are too weak or unfavorable, the route will be motorized.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
Pick-up and drop-off shuttle service is included on all regular sailing programs and is either from/to the hotel or a designated meeting point depending on the location of your accommodation. It is a shared transportation with a timetable scheduled and if missed, you will need to contact us, so we can inform you of the exact embarkation point to reach by your own means.
At the pick-up point the participants will be able to recognize the shuttle by the front sign saying 'Sunfos Alessia Yachting'.
The embarkation point is at the New Port of Mykonos (Tourlos Marina). Kindly note that the departure of the cruise is finalized the evening before the cruise date, as it depends on the current weather conditions (force and wind direction).
Passengers are barefoot on board. No high-heeled shoes and sandals/flip flops allowed on the yacht.
Advisable is to bring a swimsuit, sun hat, sunglasses, beach towel and plenty of sunscreen.
Highly recommended to bring a windbreaker-waterproof jacket to prevent from getting wet during the windy days as well as warm and spare clothes during the cool months in early or late season (April to May & September to October).
Additional Notes:
• In case of stomach sensibility, we advise to have a conservative breakfast consisted of dry food and not so much liquids (i.e. avoid orange juice). Motion sickness medication is not provided on board.
• Cases of pregnancy, mobility and health restrictions must be advised before reservation and are subject to reconfirmation in order to ensure a safe participation of the passenger on cruise. If neglected to inform, the vendor will accept no responsibility and reserves the right to deny the passenger’s embarkation and no refund will apply.
• Under no circumstances may participants take part to the sailing cruises while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychiatric drugs or anything else similar. Participants are obliged to fulfil the terms of participation and agree to strictly follow the instructions of the vendor and the crew. If the Terms of Participation are not fulfilled or if instructions are disregarded, the vendor reserves the right to prohibit embarkation and no refund will apply.
• Due to weather conditions and operational reasons, the vendor reserves the right to alter the sailing route order without any previous notice.
• It is highly recommended to schedule the cruise date at the beginning of the stay in Mykonos, especially for short stay vacation planners, in order to have alternative available dates in case of cancellations due to the bad weather.
