Standard policy does not offer refunds for cancellations due to bad weather. However, with Bad Weather Protection, you can book with confidence. If adverse weather conditions arise before your rental time, you'll receive a full refund, minus the cost of the Bad Weather Insurance. Please note that Bad Weather Protection must be purchased at the time of reservation.
We operate boat rentals and tours rain or shine. In South Florida, the weather can shift quickly, with rain an hour before your tour and sunshine right after. The vendor will only cancel your tour in the case of heavy weather or thunderstorms, and this decision will be made at least 1.5 hours before your departure time.
The bad weather insurance has to be bought at the time of the reservation.

Health and safety policy:
Life Jackets: Please wear the provided life jackets at all times while on the boat. They are essential for your safety, especially while in motion.
Sun Protection: Fort Lauderdale's sun can be intense. Remember to apply sunscreen, wear a hat, and bring sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun's rays.
Hydration: Stay hydrated throughout the trip. We provide a cooler with ice and water and you can bring more beverages.
Emergency Information: Familiarize yourself with the location of life jackets, fire extinguishers, and emergency exits on the boat. Before departure, our experienced captain will explain and demonstrate the safety rules and procedures right at the dock.
Stay Seated: For your safety, remain seated while the boat is in motion. Follow the captain's instructions at all times.
Weather Awareness: In case of inclement weather, the captain may adjust the itinerary or reschedule the trip for your safety.
Boat Rules: Please adhere to any rules and guidelines provided by the captain. They are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Age restriction: There isn't an age restriction. According to the USCG every person regardless of age counts as a passenger of the boat, therefore any child will be counted as a person.
About pets on the boat: Some animals might get frightened and potentially damage the boat’s cushions. For the safety and comfort of all, we only permit small service dogs weighing under 20 lbs on board. Please ensure they are supervised and cared for during the trip.
Limits of the rental: Our Limits are pretty big considering other rental companies, we do forbid going to the Open Ocean as it’s dangerous for customers even with experience. The captain can navigate between Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
