Booking Policy
- Full payment is required at reservation.
- No smoking is allowed in the vehicle. A minimum smoking fee of USD 1,000.00 will be applied if any passenger smokes in any of our vehicles.
- The client will assume full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by him/her or any of their passengers. A sanitation fee minimum of $500.00 will be charged if a person vomits inside the chartered vehicle.
- Any additional charges incurred during the trip, such as damages, spills, extra hours, wait times, additional hours, cleaning fees, or lost/stolen items, should be charged directly to the client on the spot before the trip ends.
- Max capacity allowed on the vehicle is not to be exceeded. No exceptions shall be made. The passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not exceed the number of seat belts installed.
- No alcohol is permitted on the vehicle if any minor (under 21 years of age) is present. Alcohol drinking in the vehicle is only approved in vehicles that have a separation barrier between the chauffeur and the passengers.
- Standing in the vehicle while in motion is not allowed.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger engaging in gross misconduct or being excessively inebriated.
- The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
- The transportation company is not responsible for articles left in the Vehicles.
- The company is not responsible for any liability resulting from any malfunctioning or wrong installation of any child seats. The chauffeur is not responsible to adjust or secure the child seats. In rare cases, the chauffeur may recommend how to install the child seats but it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to make sure it is fully secure and installed as required by law.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 25% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
No Show Fee: If a Client fails to show up at the Pick-up location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost will be charged
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
