- Sport Massage: Aimed at enhancing athletic performance and recovery. Ideal for injury prevention and treatment.
- Cupping Massage: Special cups are placed on the skin to create suction, stimulating circulation.
- Lymphatic Drain (Detox): A massage that stimulates lymphatic circulation to remove toxins and excess water
- Deep Tissue: Focuses on musculoskeletal issues by releasing tension point through acupressure
- Hot Stones (Geothermal Therapy): Heated stones are used to release tension and improve energy, combined with various massage techniques.
- Prenatal Massage: Provides emotional and physical support for pregnant women (maximum one hour)

- Be on time and fill out your consent
- Keep hydrated
- Take a shower or bath, we don't provide showers
- Wear loose and comfortable clothing
- To enhance your experience take some time to relax with deep breathing and a good attitude mentally

Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
