Step back in time as you explore the estate, where fresh cane juice is transformed into the island’s finest rum. Chocolate lovers will savor a walk through the cocoa groves and discover the process of turning cocoa beans into decadent chocolate. Your tour winds through lush tropical vegetation and historic replicas of 18th-century houses, ending with a delightful sampling of local rums and chocolates. A delicious buffet of local cuisine awaits you for lunch on the estate.

End your day with a stop at one of St. Lucia's protected bays for a refreshing swim or snorkel. Keep your camera ready as you sail through beautiful Marigot Bay, perfect for photos.
Wrap up with a dance session led by our lively crew, who’ll teach you the latest island moves. Note: Only guests over 17 can drink alcohol. For those under 17, they can have cocoa tea tasting instead of the rum tasting.
