Additional Notes:
• Postponement or full refund may apply in case of bad weather (decision of the Lessor).
• For all rentals, the Hirer’s credit card details will be recorded by the Lessor as a security deposit in case of damage to the boat.
• Any damage caused during the rental period due to negligence will be charged to the registered credit card.
• By boarding the vessel, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks of boating activities and releases the Owner Company from all liability for personal injury or property damage.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
