Head out from Tri-Sport's Simpson Bay location for an adventure into the history and geology of St. Maarten.
You will ride towards the French capital, Marigot, with a short stop at the famous monument depicting the border where the treaty was signed more than 350 years ago between the Dutch and the French.
Once in Marigot, you will climb Fort Louis and take in its amazing panoramic views. Continue along the mostly flat Bellevue road and through Marigot's bustling waterfront market.
Follow the route around the Lagoon to Baie Rouge where your guide will point out some geological wonders like Devil's Hole and Point Bluff, a small deserted island, which was once the entry point to the Lagoon.
Ride on through Terres Basses, Mullet Bay, and on to Maho Beach where you can almost touch the planes as they approach the runway mere inches above your head.
Enjoy a cold drink and then head back to the starting point in Simpson Bay.
