Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:Guests will be picked up on the beach, at select locations, along Grace Bay. A representative will advise of the pick-up and drop-off point, based on the hotel or villa location. If you rent a car it is easy to navigate our island to a public access pick-up location. In addition, there are a number of taxi services that can assist you.
The service is available to the public and can be booked by anyone.
Booking PolicyFull payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
