Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
The pick-up and drop-off location is at Blue Haven Resort. The boat will be either by the café market or at the fueling station.
Bring: Hat, Sunglasses, Towels and reef-safe sunscreen
Additional Notes: In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or mechanical issues with the boat, we will work closely with you to arrange a rescheduling or offer a refund.

Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
