Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:Pick up at location: 6 Grace Bay Rd, Grace Bay TKCA 1ZZ, Turks & Caicos Islands - Bikes can be picked up between 9:00 ам and 3:30 pm, but are due back by 3:30 pm on the final day of the rental
Villa delivery: We deliver the bikes between 9:00 am and 11:00 am on the day selected. On the return date, we pick up between 7:00 am and 9:00 am.

Additional Notes:Age restrictions: Renters must be at least 18 years old. Riders under 16 are allowed if accompanied by the renter. (All renters must sign a liability waiver to confirm this.)
The service is available to the public and can be booked by anyone.
Booking PolicyFull payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
*** Isle Blue experience team hours of operation: 5AM to 3PM EST. For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
