Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
Pick up at location: 6 Grace Bay Rd, Grace Bay TKCA 1ZZ, Turks & Caicos Islands - Bikes can be picked up between 9:00 ам and 3:30 pm, but are due back by 3:30 pm on the final day of the rental
Villa delivery: We deliver the bikes between 9:00 am and 11:00 am on the day selected. On the return date, we pick up between 7:00 am and 9:00 am.

Additional Notes: Age restrictions: Renters must be at least 18 years old. Riders under 16 are allowed if accompanied by the renter. (All renters must sign a liability waiver to confirm this.)
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
