The tour start time will be confirmed upon booking, depending on weather conditions and the availability of the Mermaid.
Arrival times and procedures should be arranged so the Mermaid can enter and exit the pool without the children noticing. Typically, parents bring the children out once the Mermaid is already in the pool, and when it’s time for her to return to the sea, the children are taken out of sight for her exit.
Additional Notes:Private mermaid pool encounters are available exclusively in villa private pools (not in resort public pools).
Please confirm with your villa concierge that outside entertainment and pool visits are permitted before booking this experience.
