Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
Arrive 15 minutes before departure. Brief safety overview provided before departure.
Bring: Camera to capture reef and marine life, Small carry-on bag for personal items (space is limited), Water bottle (glass bottles not recommended), Sunscreen (needed only for dockside sign-in).
Additional Notes:
- No wheelchair ramp available, access is by foot, with stairs leading to the air-conditioned lower cabin.
- No strollers on board - please leave them in your vehicle.
- No food allowed downstairs during the tour.
- Be cautious around windows to avoid scratching them.
- The semi-submarine is a very stable vessel but some movement may be felt in the open ocean so if you are prone to claustrophobia we suggest sitting near the back of the vessel near the exit as this is usually sufficient to alleviate concerns.
- If you are prone to motion sickness please prepare yourself in advance (medication is not provided)

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
