IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- Arrival: Upon entering the terminal building, guests will see the "Skypass Caribbean" sign and our agent, easily recognizable in a blue uniform shirt. The agent will hold a sign displaying both the company name and the guest's last name. Please approach the agent to access the service and assistance arranged through our company. Ensure you have your Immigration form, provided during your flight, readily available.
- Departure: The agent will meet guests at the curbside kiosk 1 hour and 30 minutes before their scheduled departure time. Dressed in a blue uniform shirt, the agent will be waiting to greet guests as they exit their transportation.
NO SHOW POLICY
Please be aware that if you do not check in with our agent, your booking will be marked as a "No Show" once the confirmed meeting time has passed and your flight's check-in has closed. On your departure day, we kindly ask that you provide a courtesy call while en route to the airport, allowing the agent to promptly identify your party upon arrival. The contact phone number is included in your booking confirmation. Please note that Skypass does not issue refunds for No Shows.
Additional Notes:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have all the correct travel documentation such as passports and visas if applicable on arrival in Turks and Caicos. All passengers must have accurately completed the required Turks and Caicos Islands Government Immigration and Customs Forms prior to disembarking the aircraft. The service provider is not responsible for the provision of these forms where they have not been issued by the flight crew on the aircraft.
The service provider will not be responsible for delays or any denied access resulting from insufficient or out-of-date documentation and/or unissued, inaccurate or incomplete Immigration and Customs Forms.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
