Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
Your trip departs from Turtle Cove Marina. The boat is docked directly beside the dining patio of mango reef restaurant. The easiest way to find us is to search Google maps for mango reef restaurant. Once you reach the restaurant, look for the orange umbrellas over the dining patio. You can park anywhere. We are docked directly beside the orange umbrellas.
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure.
Bring: Towels, Hat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen

Upon arrival in Providenciales (Provo), please contact the partner (captain) by phone call or WhatsApp using the number provided in your booking confirmation to confirm weather conditions and review important details regarding your charter.
Once the trip has begun, no refund will be issued if weather conditions worsen.
If the captain decides to cancel the trip for any reason, an alternate date and time will be offered, or an appropriate refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
