The villa’s expansive lawned garden stretches right to the water’s edge, where a 7.5-metre swimming pool offers the perfect place to cool off. On either side of the garden, two separate beachfront pavilions house four more ensuite double bedrooms, each with views of the beach or lush garden.
At the heart of the property lies a generous covered sala and outdoor dining terrace—perfect for relaxed breakfasts, al fresco meals, sunset cocktails, or a casual poolside barbecue.
Designed with a sophisticated coastal aesthetic, Villa Thansamaay features cool grey ceramic floors, earthy woven rugs, and statement walls in soft olive and taupe. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Maximum guests (main event): 70 guests (combination of seating and standing)
Minimum Stay: The villa requires 3 nights during low and shoulder, 4 nights during mid and high season, 5 nights during Chinese New Year & Easter week, 7 nights during peak season, and 10 nights if spanning Christmas and New Years.
Event Fee including resident guests:

Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit must be approved by local authorities at least two weeks before the event. Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the Koh Samui local government.
Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa such as the beach.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
