Each of the villa’s eight bedrooms is a peaceful sanctuary, complete with ensuite bathrooms, plush bedding, and refined decor. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Plan your dream destination wedding, birthday or special event. The Villa Amann is available for wedding receptions and special events.
All events and weddings with more than 16 guests for Villa Amann must be organized by Event Organizers (EOs). Property staff cannot assist with planning. A detailed event plan must be submitted to the Guest Experience Specialist for approval at least one month before the wedding or event date.
Maximum capacity Villa Amann can host up to 80 guests. Over 80 guests require a buyout of the estate (both Amann and Villa Anda), hosting up to 200 guests.

• Second Function: 50 guests (We understand that many overseas guests travel for your special day, so you may want to host a pre- or post-dinner gathering within 24 hours of the wedding day, tailored to accommodate guests with limited capabilities. Minimum nights: 3 nights minimum stay for Mid, High, and Prime Season, 5 nights for Summer Season, Easter and Chinese New Year, and 10 nights for Peak Season (Christmas & New Year)

- 151 to 200 Guests: USD 5,000 + Vat per day
Cleaning fee:
- Up to 50 Guests: USD 100 + VAT
- 51 to 80 Guests: USD 150 + VAT
- 81 to 100 Guests: USD 200 + VAT
- 101 to 120 Guests: USD 250 + VAT
- 121 to 150 Guests: USD 300 + VAT
The professional planner must submit a rundown of the proposed event schedule, including full details of the expected number of guests, wedding ceremony, dinner, entertainment, DJ, live band, and other activities to the management company four weeks prior to the event.
Noise Restrictions
Outdoor entertainment is permitted from 8 am to 12 am with a maximum volume of 70 decibels, and reduced volume after 10 pm. Post-midnight gatherings with up to 30 non-villa guests are allowed in the living room until 2 am with a maximum volume of 70 decibels.
All services terminate at midnight, and non-resident guests must vacate the premises no later than 2 am. Additional fees may apply for late departures.
All fireworks and fire shows must be pre-approved by Villa Management and conducted by a professional operator. Fireworks displays must be launched from a barge on the ocean with all necessary precautions taken to protect the roofs of the Villa, neighboring properties, and surrounding landscapes from fire hazards and completed by 10 pm. The use of fireworks is prohibited during the dry season. All relevant license and/or permit(s) must be obtained for this purpose.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
