While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Plan your dream destination wedding or special event. The villa is available for wedding receptions and special events.
The professional planner must submit a rundown of the proposed event schedule 4 weeks prior, including full details of the expected number of guests, wedding ceremony, dinner, entertainment, DJ, live band, and other activities to the management company four weeks prior to the event.
Maximum guests: 40 guests
Minimum nights: 3 nights minimum stay for Mid, High, and Prime Season, 5 nights for Summer Season, Easter and Chinese New Year, and 10 nights for Peak Season (Christmas & New Year)
Event fee:
- Up to 20 guests: USD 500 + VAT per day
- Up to 21 to 30 guests: USD 1,000 + VAT per day
- Up to 31 to 40 guests: USD 1,500 + VAT per day
Cleaning Fee: USD 200 +VAT
- Up to 20 guests: USD 100 + VAT per day
- Up to 21 to 30 guests: USD 150 + VAT per day
- Up to 31 to 40 guests: USD 200 + VAT per day
A security deposit of USD 6,000 is required prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be taken on credit card 48 hours before arrival or can be paid by bank transfer 10 days before arrival.
Outside noise will be tolerated from 8 am to 11 am.
All services terminate at 11 pm and all non-resident guests must vacate the premises no later than midnight if they remain at the Property later than this it may incur additional fees, which we will deduct from the deposit.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
