The family-friendly four-bedroom, three and one-half bath home has more than enough sleeping room for eight. Old Hollywood charm is evident throughout the house.
The entryway has stone walls leading to an airy great room with pristine white beamed ceilings and a large stone fireplace. Large, picturesque windows surround multiple seating areas. There is a vintage bar with high-backed bar stools near the patio doors.
This home’s kitchen is more than a workspace. The flat screen tv, kitchen island with stools, and a loveseat welcome guests to visit while dinner is prepared. Make memories over a glass of wine from the wine chiller or freshly brewed java from the Nespresso.
Dinner is served in front of massive picture windows on a retro-style six-seat dining room table. Alfresco dining is available underneath the private cabana just outside the patio doors.
Guests have a choice of four bedrooms sleeping up to eight people.
The master king-size suite provides a romantic retreat. Featuring a gas fireplace, wine chiller, and flat-screen television accompanied by sitting chairs and private access to the outside pool, couples can enjoy romantic evenings. The private bath with its jetted tub and dual shower complete with body jets complete the romance.
Next up, the second king-size bedroom features a large-screen television and private bath. Private patio doors lead to the pool.
The next bedroom is located away from the main area of the house. This queen-size room has a television and ceiling fan. The bath is just down the hall from the bedroom.
The last bedroom has private access to the pool area and two queen size beds. It features a private bath with a shower-tub combination. This room also has private access to the pool area.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
