Two large Cedar docks with Muskoka chairs provide ample space for sunbathing and diving into the water, complemented by stairs leading directly into the lake. At sunset, guests can gather around the large firepit, enjoying the breathtaking views from 14 Muskoka chairs scattered along the waterfront.

Inside the main cottage, the kitchen features brand new high-end appliances, custom cabinets, and granite counters. The island seats four and includes a temperature-controlled wine fridge, while a custom dining table for ten matches the elegant cabinetry. Patio doors from the kitchen lead out to the expansive deck overlooking the water. The open-concept living room on the main floor offers oversized couches arranged around an airtight wood insert and a striking floor-to-ceiling castle stone chimney.

A highlight of the property is the 400 square foot screened Muskoka room, comfortably accommodating 16 guests with its Napoleon BBQ and Sonos sound system—an ideal space for outdoor dining and relaxation. Downstairs, a second living area provides plenty of seating and a large 72-inch TV for entertainment.
