Blue Heron Estate is nestled in Long Bay on the east side of Lake Rosseau, ideally situated near popular amenities. You’re just a short 10 to 15-minute drive from Port Carling and Port Sandfield, where you’ll find a variety of activities. Enjoy nearby golf courses, visit Santa's Village, or experience the thrill of Muskoka Zip Lines—all easily accessible during your stay.
The cottage is perched on a classic Muskoka landscape, offering serene north-facing views over the boathouse and bay. A wrap-around deck with glass railings is perfect for enjoying the outdoors, equipped with a comfortable outdoor furniture set and Muskoka chairs. A gently sloping stone pathway leads you down to the dock, where you'll find all-day sun, ample seating, and a 9-foot depth ideal for swimming and diving.
Inside, the main level features an open-concept kitchen with high-end appliances, an island with seating for three, and a separate pantry. The dining room, conveniently located off the kitchen, accommodates 12 guests at the table. The Great Room impresses with its soaring ceilings and massive wood-burning fireplace, furnished with club chairs, couches, and oversized bean bags for ultimate lounging. The glassed-in Muskoka Room offers a cozy retreat with sliding doors and wrap-around screens, along with comfortable seating around another wood-burning fireplace.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
