The three-bedroom condos at Tranquility Beach are located in a desirable area of Anguilla known for its music, dining, and entertainment. These are the largest condos at the property and are offered as penthouse dwellings with all the amenities and extras for an outstanding tropical vacation. Filled with sophisticated design features and offering plenty of space for a crowd, the condos are right by the beach for fun in the sun and sand.
Up to eight guests will have sleeping space in these condos, which offers two king beds, two twin beds, and a queen pull-out sofa bed. Each of the three bedrooms in the condo comes with its own bathroom complete with a shower and vanity. The master bathroom also includes a soaking tub for an extra dose of relaxation. There’s a large living area with a spacious sofa and a large flatscreen television that makes the perfect space for socializing.
This condo features a terrace with a hot tub, a lounging bed, two sun loungers, a table with six chairs, and an additional two chairs with accent tables. It looks into the living room through a glass wall that can be opened to speak between the inside and outside spaces. This condo also offers a full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove, an island, and two sinks.
Those who prefer not to cook will find many restaurants on the beach a few feet away. There are also private chefs who can be hired to create meals in the condo. Other convenience amenities in the condo include dual washers and dryers, luxury towels and linens, and an on-site fitness center. With over 2,300 square feet of space, this is an ideal option for a large group who wants to enjoy the excitement of Anguilla together to make memories for a lifetime.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, US$ 250 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation 60 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited, unless the property is re-booked by another party, therefore, 35% of gross rental is forfeited. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
