Villa Windward House sits along the coveted southern coast and close to English Harbour on the gorgeous and tropical island of Antigua. An enormous eight-bedroom masterpiece of design and style, it is part of the Winward Bay Beach area, which is famous for its pristine natural beauty and its proximity to Pigeon Beach nearby. This means that a truly magnificent set of views is available within minutes of the villa, though you will not have to leave it to enjoy the setting and surroundings. After all, it is an expansive property that features a main house and two cottages in a fantastic garden setting.
The location of the villa means that it is surrounded by views from every room or almost anywhere on the grounds. The pool terrace is the perfect spot to take in the entire panorama at once. It features an L-shaped pool with a wooden deck furnished with multiple sunbeds and sheltered living spaces. There is a pool gazebo at one end with oversized sunbeds and bright and sunny sun decks, too. There is also the enormous verandah that seems to wrap the main house and offer its own take on indoor and outdoor living. Open-air lounging areas, al fresco dining spaces, and oversized doors into the great room mean that visitors can spend time in almost any sort of setting and at any hour of the day or night.
Inside, the use of natural wood, stone, and terra cotta makes for a wonderfully organic feel in each of the rooms. The formal living room has cathedral ceilings, multiple sofas, an entertainment system, a work desk, and library space, and it opens into the dining room. There is also the fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen to enjoy.
The bedrooms include five main house suites. They are each king-sized rooms and will open to the gardens or the main terrace. All feature a large and private bath opulently designed using stone, marble, and high-end fixtures. One cottage features two of the remaining bedrooms, and they include a single king suite with terrace and a dual single suite with sea views and bath. There is the second cottage that features a king suite with bath and terrace.
The Villa Windward House easily lives up to its name with a remarkable setting on the windward side of the island. Enjoy sea breezes, sea views and luxurious surroundings ideal for a group or family retreat or even a small destination event to remember.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
