The estate’s highlight is the ocean-view infinity pool, complete with a Baja shelf for lounging. The pool area is surrounded by a spacious terrace, offering wide, panoramic views of the ocean, and is furnished for both relaxation and outdoor dining. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit for a cozy night under the stars. The property also boasts a unique feature: a bowling green next to the pool. For added comfort, the pool can be heated for an additional fee, perfect for year-round enjoyment.

Inside, Villa Entos impresses with a marble-tiled foyer that leads to the main floor via an elegant staircase. Upon reaching the top, you’re greeted by one of the island’s most spectacular rooms—a glass-walled lounge with 270° views of Eleuthera and the ocean. This bright and airy space is perfect for both relaxing and dining, with a secondary kitchen for guests’ convenience. Beyond the lounge are four master suites, each featuring private bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that frame breathtaking ocean views. Each suite has its own private entrance from a balcony that spans the entire length of the second floor. For larger groups, these suites can also be connected internally.

Ascend another flight of stairs to reach the upper sky deck—an expansive room furnished with a sectional sofa, chairs, and a flat-screen TV, offering panoramic views of the sea and island. This space can double as a media room or lounge, and the sectional sofa easily converts into two twin beds. Additionally, two inflatable beds (one double, one single) are available to accommodate up to five guests. The sky deck also provides access to the stunning roof terrace, which features 360-degree views of the ocean, beach, and surrounding island. This glass-walled terrace is the perfect place to relax with a drink while enjoying the sunrise or sunset.

For those seeking privacy, Villa Entos includes two standalone master bedroom suites, known as the “bungalows.” These private, independent suites feature king-size beds, full bathrooms, and ocean views through glass walls. The bungalows are ideal for larger groups, accommodating guests beyond the main villa's capacity.

The villa also boasts a fully equipped catering kitchen, complete with modern appliances, two full-sized refrigerators/freezers, a breakfast bar, and a beverage bar. Adjacent to this is a large gas barbecue area with an outdoor dining space that seats 12-16 guests. The property is equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, including Wi-Fi, smart TVs (no cable), air conditioning, a backup generator, and an array of water sports equipment like kayaks, paddle boards, and water rafts. The villa even comes with bocce balls and a volleyball net for some fun on the lawn.

The villa is conveniently located less than five minutes from Savannah Sound, where you'll find the popular Fishbone Bar and Grill, as well as the Midway Cost grocery store, Cutters. The nearby town of Palmetto Point is less than 10 minutes away, offering more dining and shopping options. The main town, Governors Harbor, is just a 15-minute drive and has everything you need, from grocery stores and restaurants to a dive shop, bakeries, and gift shops. Governors Harbor is also home to a picturesque collection of 19th-century homes, a local pier where fresh fish can be purchased, and the famous Friday Night Fish Fry—a lively celebration of food and culture that brings together both locals and tourists.
