Set on the sands of West Coast Beach in the St. James area of Barbados, it is an eight-bedroom beauty with a huge array of outdoor and indoor living spaces in addition to its direct access to the beach.
Located in a large and private garden with many mature and even some rare trees and plants, it is also home to an aviary in which hundreds of charming "budgies" will enchant and delight. Of course, the private swimming pool is also a place of charm as well, and it is framed with a lovely tile terrace and dotted with many sun beds and lounging areas. Nearby is a private hot tub for a leisurely evening soak and the paths from this area take you to the gazebo at the beach.
Adjacent to the terrace area are covered patios that lead indoors. You can enjoy al fresco dining above or below, you can relax in one of the two beautifully and professionally decorated sitting rooms - with sea or garden views, or you can mix a cocktail at the bar. Two of the bedrooms are on this lower level, and both have private baths.
Head upstairs to the remaining bedrooms as well as the impressive, circular verandah equipped with bar and also furnished for hours of leisurely viewing of the gardens, the sea and the surrounding property. And leisure time is what this villa is designed to provide, staffed as it is with a butler, chef and maid.
The remaining bedrooms are located on the upper level and in a cottage adjoining the main building. All of the bedrooms are king suites with en suite bathrooms, with the exception of the master bedroom which offers a Jacuzzi too.
