Visitors to Villa Caribbean Wind on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands will understand its name as soon as they arrive. Sitting as it does along the sands of Mahoe Bay, it is framed by palms that sway gently in the persistent and refreshing sea breezes. Naturally, the property offers more than just direct beach access and an amazing view, and it will quickly become your preferred destination whenever in the Caribbean.
With five bedrooms and a long list of amenities, this villa is like a private estate to itself. Though the beach access is a treat, the real heart of the property is the pool area and surrounding garden. You can wander among mature plantings and stone paved pathways, marveling at the diversity of species you find. You can then kick back and relax with a dip in your pool or enjoy some down time in some of the open or covered terrace areas. Like other premium villas, this property has outdoor dining that includes a luxurious barbecue feature, outdoor lounge spaces, and even a spiral staircase that leads you to a rooftop terrace.
Divided between a main building and guest pavilion, the shared living spaces include an enormous great room where two lounge areas allow for conversation or use of high-end entertainment equipment. There is a formal dining area as well as the massive, gourmet kitchen that will allow you views of the sea whether preparing drinks or meals.
The five bedrooms are divided between the two buildings, and each has a large and private en suite bath as well as a private patio. Three of them are contained within the larger, main building and divided between upper and lower levels. The remaining two are in the separate pavilion which has a lounge area of its own.
The Villa Caribbean Wind is a dream spot for a large group or a family, and it can easily be your sole destination when in the islands.
The rental rates include : Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping service 6 days per week, pool technician weekly, gardener regularly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal , WiFi internet coverage). Provisions and staff gratuities are not included.
Getting to Villa Caribbean Wind : A local representative will meet the guests at the airport / ferry port where their rental car will be waiting for them, and then escort them to the villa.

Bedroom 2: Bedroom with king-size bed (can be made up as two single beds), AC, WiFi, and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum. Suitable for children.This room has a connecting/adjoining door that leads to and separates from Bedroom 1.
Bedroom 3: Upper floor master suite with king-size bed, WiFi, A/C, balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum
Bedroom 4: Upper floor master suite living room with pull-out double sofa bed, kitchenette, and half bathroom. 2 children maximum.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 administration fee forfeited. For cancellation between 60 and 46 days of arrival, 80% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 45 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
