The villa's common areas are spacious and thoughtfully designed, including a welcoming living room, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient laundry facilities.
The villa is designed for comfort and convenience, with five well-appointed bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. On the ground floor, three of the bedrooms are furnished with two queen-size beds each, offering ample space for guests. Each of these bedrooms also has its own private bathroom and direct access to the lush garden, making them an ideal retreat. Upstairs, the remaining two bedrooms provide stunning ocean views. The master bedroom is particularly luxurious, featuring a king-size bed and expansive space, while the guest bedroom also offers a king-size bed, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay for all guests.

- Reservation deposit is 70%. Full balance is due 95 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 90 days, a US$ 250.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note reservations between December 1st and January 31st are nonrefundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
