Villa Dulce, equally inviting, features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and can host up to 14 guests, thanks to flexible sleeping arrangements ideal for families or groups.
Together, these two villas can accommodate up to 23 guests, making them perfect for retreats, group holidays, or extended family gatherings.
Each villa is set on a picturesque property with a refreshing swimming pool, spacious patio and garden areas with terraces, cozy fire pit corners, and breathtaking mountain views. The grounds are lush with fruit trees and lovingly maintained vegetable gardens, creating a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchens are perfect for cooking enthusiasts, while the warm, inviting living spaces and cozy nooks offer the ideal setting for connection, relaxation, and shared memories.

- Reservation deposit is 50%. Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 90 days, US$250.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year bookings are nonrefundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
