Longview Villa, Jamaica. Offering exquisite beauty that is only found in Montego Bay, Villa Longview sits on nearly four acres of private land. It’s best-known for providing stunning views of the mountains and sea while offering luxury amenities and services you might expect at a five-star hotel.
This villa offers 7,500 square feet of space with four bedrooms in the main house, three in the included house, and a total of seven bedrooms. It provides accommodations for up to 14 people and can be rented as only the main house or with both residences for a larger group. The villa is air-conditioned for your comfort and comes with fun extras like snorkeling gear to use in the water.
While staying at Villa Longview, guests will enjoy a selection of resort amenities. Kids can spend time at the Hummingbird Kids Club while adults can explore the private beach, play a round of golf at the club, or enjoy a game of tennis. All of the resort facilities are available for guest use.
This villa comes equipped with professional staff to take care of all your necessities. A housekeeper will keep things tidy each day while a chef creates delicious meals three times a day to offer you more time to explore the island. A gardener, butler, and pool person are also provided.
Villa Longview comes with a sparkling outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and an indoor-outdoor living space that is perfect for hosting events and gatherings. It makes for a great space for gatherings of friends, family reunions, corporate retreats, or other celebrations.
The master suite in the villa comes with a sumptuous four-poster kind bed as well as a sitting area where you can relax. It comes with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity, and whirlpool tub and includes fantastic sea views. The other bedrooms boast king beds, many with extras like walk-in closets.
Round Hill Membership: Round Hill offers a beach, pool, chaise lounges, towels, jogging trail, gift shop, logo shop, library with computer, bar, afternoon tea, Wednesday Manager's Cocktail Party, tennis courts, and unforgettable long sunsets from the waterfront terrace. For additional charges, members may enjoy the spa, Pineapple Kids Club, fitness center, salon, a range of water sports, and beach parties.

- Kids’ Club: The cost for Pineapple Kid’s Club is US$27.50 daily per child. Children three years to twelve years old. Children zero to three years old same cost but must be accompanied by a nanny. The hours of the Club are 9 am-5 pm. Lunch is not included (parents collect children for lunch).
- Gym: $50 per person per day for any guests in Round Hill Villas or villas with Round Hill membership (this fee should be paid at the front desk before using the gym)

The Tryall Club Membership: complimentary beach, pickle ball, tennis, gym, pool, Hummingbird Kids Club, non-motorized water sports, Internet room, Usain Bolt Games Room for all ages, jogging trail, afternoon tea & Manager's Cocktail Party every Monday night. For various fees: golf, tennis lessons, Happy Hour, hair salon & spa, bars & restaurants, boutique, motorized water sports & Reggae Night on the Beach Thursday night.
The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Dues cost of US$170 (plus a 15% service charge) per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$34 (plus a 15% service charge) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. Children between the ages of 13 and 15 are at a discounted rate of 50% plus a 15% service charge. For children 12 years and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
