On the main terrace level, visitors can enjoy the al fresco lounge and dining spaces, and stepping through the oversized glass doors, they reach another lounging space with multiple seating and dining spots enabling you to enjoy those sea breezes no matter what the weather or hour.
The shared living spaces blur the lines between indoors and outdoors, and this includes the home theater on the ground floor, the bar area, the enormous gourmet kitchen and the fitness pavilion. There are two dining rooms in the main villa and private paths take you to smaller areas tucked in the trees where dining and lounging can be enjoyed.
The bedrooms all have premium entertainment systems and unimpeded views of the sea. There are two main floor bedrooms that include the master suite with king bed, double rain shower and private bath as well as a second king suite with garden access and ensuite bath. The two upper floor bedrooms are king suites with private balconies and baths, and both feature outdoor tubs. Also in the Main House is the air-conditioned Media Room complete with an en-suite bathroom and with oversized couch that can be converted in to 3 single beds or 1 king-size bed.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
