Villa Arrecife 23 is a four-bedroom gem in classic Spanish Colonial style, with upper and lower terraces, countless arches, terra cotta roof tiles, and lush gardens for privacy. The expansive pool terrace features a waterside pavilion with a full dining room, bath, rooftop terrace, and covered lounge. The pool’s unique entrance includes an inches-deep platform leading to a spa tub or the main pool. Inside, the grand atrium with wrought iron details creates a warm welcome, while the great room, full kitchen, and outdoor portico provide multiple spaces for lounging and dining.
Villa Arrecife 24 offers five bedrooms — four with king-size beds and one with two double beds — along with a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas, and a private courtyard pool. Each bedroom is complete with air conditioning, TV, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Villa Arrecife 25 mirrors the elegance of Arrecife 24, with four bedrooms — two with king-size beds and two with two full-size beds each — plus its own fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and a private courtyard pool.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, US$1000.00 is forfeited. Cancellation within 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all reservations between Dec 18 - Jan 10, Easter week, Thanksgiving week and Presidents' Day week are 100% non-refundable.

- Holiday Minimum Length of Stay- The villa will accept a 7 night stay over Christmas with a December 26th departure. For stays over New Years eve, the villa may require a 12-14 night minimum. If Christmas week has been reserved then the villa will accept a 7 night stay over New Years. If traveling within 90 days, please contact us for waivers.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

The villa can be rented together with Arrecife 23 and Arrecife 25 for a total of 20-30 guests for the Event.
Maximum guests: 20 guests stay for Arrecife 24/25 and 30 guests for Arrecife 23/24/25
Maximum guests for the event: 60 guests only to attend the day of the event
Rental rates:
The villa requires a 4-night minimum rental of all bedrooms at the regular rental rates. The event fee is US$ 1,500.00
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. All wedding staff must be external vendors, you cannot contemplate Villa stay to waiter, cater o entertain wedding event. All wedding services must be external vendors (catering, decoration, music & entertainment, etc..). All vendors must pick up all decoration, furniture, etc.. after event has finished and leave all area completely clean or additional fees will be involved. Villa will not be responsible for any object left behind. All vendor must be pre-register at least 72 hrs, prior to event in order at least to create access to the resort. Some furniture can be removed or replaced to accommodate your event (previous approval). Car garage will only provide parking to the maximum cars allowed, rest of the guest must be drop off only at the Villa as cars on the streets are not allowed to be parked. Event time frame will be subject to Resort approval and policies.
