Villa Arrecife Royale offers 9 bedrooms, including three master suites with hot tubs and terraces, and a bunk room ideal for kids. A private pool, fire pit, hot tub, and entertainment options like table tennis and a pool table ensure fun for all ages. There’s also a private gym and sauna for fitness and relaxation.
Villa Mandala, with 6 bedrooms, provides a peaceful escape with modern interiors, a children’s bedroom, and easy access to a large swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. Most bedrooms open to patios or decks, blending indoor luxury with the beauty of the outdoors.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, US$1000.00 is forfeited. Cancellation within 59 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all reservations between Dec 18 - Jan 10, Easter week, Thanksgiving week and Presidents' Day week are 100% non-refundable.

- For reservations within 45 days of travel, payment may only be accepted by wire transfer for non-US travelers.
- Head guest must be over 25 years of age and be present at check-in and check-out.
- Holiday Minimum Length of Stay- The villa will accept a 7 night stay over Christmas with a December 26th departure. For stays over New Years eve, the villa may require a 12-14 night minimum. If Christmas week has been reserved then the villa will accept a 7 night stay over New Years. If traveling within 90 days, please contact us for waivers.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
