Here you find the pool, a fully-furnished sun deck, an outdoor bar, a set of round sun beds, a gazebo with sun beds, and just steps below the terrace is an al fresco dining pavilion. Clearly designed to encourage hours spent taking in the scenery, the villa also has several terraces overlooking the water, and a covered terrace with lounges.
A spacious property, it features a stunning number of shared living spaces indoors and outdoors. Steps inside the bank of glass doors from the al fresco lounge beneath the portico and you enter the exotically furnished great room. With its white beams, high ceilings and large, white banquette sofas it is livened up with darkly stained wooden accent pieces, richly colored rugs, and impressive décor. It contains a living room area and leads you up to a home theater space and work area above.
Nearby, the enormous, professional level kitchen offers a breakfast bar, formal dining room, and stainless steel appliances that make meal prep a delight.
Though quite luxurious, this five-bedroom property is also family friendly. This is why the bedrooms have all been designed to serve as private retreats, and each is located just far enough from the other to guarantee peace and quiet.
