Villa Gaillac, St Barts. Villa Gaillac is above the waters of coveted Anse des Cayes on the island of St. Barts. The four-bedroom gem of island design sits in a surrounding screen of natural and lush tropical growth and provides a long list of amenities, as well as indoor and outdoor living spaces, that will make it a fast favorite among your family or friends.
Designed as the main house with attached villas, the property is focused around a generously sized and beautifully designed pool terrace. Featuring a wooden deck, the pool area has many spots for reclining in the sun, taking a dip, enjoying a meal, and more. The pool gazes out towards the sea views and is flanked by a verandah leading inside the villa. There is also a full-sized outdoor lounge with banquette sofa, a cozy dining nice between the villa and cottage, a shady garden spot, and another lounge by the cottage.
Inside, the villa’s designers managed to blur the lines between exterior and interior with oversized glass doors, high white painted ceilings, and wood floors that emulate the pool deck just outside. A heavy use of island and tropically inspired décor means there is a lot of wood furniture and natural hues in the living room and TV lounge as well as the kitchen. It features a breakfast bar and open-air kitchen with entries to the terrace as well as the great room.
The four bedrooms are meant to be private, master suite-like retreats. Each features a king bed, a private terrace area, inside and outside showers, large and opulent private baths
