Located directly on the sands of Anse Des Cayes, this four-bedroom villa has a private access to the beach, but you may never want to actually leave the grounds.
The Villa K has been designed with privacy and enjoyment of the Caribbean setting in mind. A flawless wooden terrace area with an elegant stretch of swimming pool serves as the focal point of the villa, and yet an abundance of shady or sunny lounging and dining areas dot the landscape too. Banquette seating, deck chairs or shady niches are easily found and enhance time spent relaxing alone or in groups.
The shared living spaces of the Villa K are also a dream of spacious and thoughtful design with an open floor plan that guarantees maximum enjoyment of the breezes and scenery while also flowing fluidly into one another. The large gourmet kitchen faces out to the al fresco dining area or in to the ample living room. This features a large entertainment system and also opens out to the lovely deck area.
The four bedrooms all feature en suite baths, and the master bedroom is located on an upper level of the villa. Here guests can enjoy a Turkish bath, private terrace, and seating area. Another bedroom on the ground floor opens to the terrace, and the two remaining bedrooms are on the lower level. Each of the bedrooms has views of the beach and gardens.
